Treated with contempt

I have to object to the horrible and unprofessional service we have have been subjected to ever since we took out house finance with FNB. Now that we decided to pay a large some in our bond they continue making things really difficult for us. You have received our documents that's why you sent us a response!! now you are turning around and saying you have never received any docs?? why did you respond then? what were you responding to? This is obviously a trick to get us to continue ridiculous amounts of interest.Very very unprofessional and *********. Be careful before you take out a loan with FNB as soon as you sign on the dotted line, you are treated with contempt!!
