Treated with contempt

Am a longtime customer of FNB and we thought they would assist us but they simply ignored an **** to me and my husband who is also a longtime client of theirs. We app**** for advance on our home loan which they promptly approved and we sent the necessary documents immediately. that was 6 weeks back and they have the audacity to tell us only yesterday when my husband called them that they never received the docs, yet we even spoke to someone who confirmed they have received the documents.Elize from FNB wilkoppies also called the lady who confirmed again that they received the documents.am disappointed with the treatment we receiveD especially considering we have all our accounts with FNB. am happy to move to another bank if they can treat us better than FNB.
