Treated unfairly

Today, I visited the FNB branch in Melville at 9:45 am. Upon arrival, I was issued a ticket to join the queue. However, I waited for over 30 minutes while numerous individuals bypassed me, citing that they were only there to collect.

When I inquired about the delay, I was informed by Winnie, the manager, that collectors do not join the queue according to bank policy. I expressed concern that this policy unfairly prioritizes collectors over customers who arrived earlier.

I question the purpose of issuing tickets if collectors can bypass those waiting. I felt that my business was treated as less important.

I would appreciate clarification on this policy and a review of the branch's queue management procedures."
