Treated unfairly

My Account is on hold without any notice or questions. Why I don't know, I deposited funds in my Account hoping that, it will be deducted towards my Temporal Loan Balance, it was not. How did I find out it's through the Secure Chat, I went to the Branch as I was instructed to by Njabulo after I made a call, unfortunately when the consultant dialed the number provided, was told there was no way I can be able to call the ***** Analyst so yesterday the Shift Leader tried to assist by sending an Email unfortunately when I went there today there was still no response. Hey man people must not go to work to visit, consultants are so relaxed it's annoying. I need my Account as ASAP it's month end I have to do Transactions.. We want people with damn brains, not excited to be at the Bank man.I don't have time to walk back and forth into the Branch please.........
