Treated like dirt with fnb

I am disgusted with the manner I was treated as a customer I called your call center and the representative was very unprofessional placing me on mute not attending to my problem. I have taken a temp loan with your bank the funds were placed under my savings account and not my normal cheque account. However whenever I try to transfer the funds from savings to my cheq you take your money so I have taken a loan not used and yet you will charge me extra so how is that fair to me as a consumer. Please examine your terms and conditions related to your temp loan as I it does not make sense that a link account under your normal cheque account is regard as deposits although your says transfers not payments. Your representative disconnected the call due to the time of closure. She shut the door on me just like that. I will be seeking legal advice and I will be moving my account to another bank. Call me as I want some feedback on this
