Treated like ******** by FNB

I am humiliated and ambarassed the way I have been treated by FNB. I received a payment from Computer Shares which is my money. I do understand the bank has processes. The bank made no request from me to submit proof of document that the payment I received was legitimate. On the 21 February 2022 out of the blue I get an sms at 12.04 which states as follows: FNB, Dear Valued Client, A transactional hold will be placed on your account due to outstanding documents. Kindly contact *** to submit your?ffffa0 source of funds documents. Ref(***9?ffffa0) FRNB Ltd. I find it hard to believe that the bank itself couldn't investigate before consulting me if this payment was legitimate from a legitimate company, instead the bank resorted to bullying tactics. In my mind I was not treated like a Valued Client but instead treated like a ********. The bank should focus more on ********* looting the state funds than harassing innocent, honest and law abiding customers.
