Treated like a ***** by FNB Security

I was at FNB Davenport Branch last year 2014 December 24, to withdraw an amount of R20 000. Standing in a queue with my sister and niece my phone rang immediately I was asked to go outside by security and I did not have a problem with that. I did not spend more than 5 minute outside on a call when I returned back bank doors were closed. When I asked security to open the door he said the bank is closed they can not allow me inside for security reasons. I could see my sister and niece from outside still standing in the queue, I called my sister to go upstairs and communicate this unfair treatment to the branch manager or supervisor but when my sister returned she said none of them available. I then asked my sister and niece to come outside as no one was willing to assist at FNB. Alternatively I had to rush to Musgrave Branch and luckily they were still opened...otherwise my grandmother in Lesotho could have had a sour Christmas without money or food to eat.

I was really disappointed the way I was treated at FNB Durban Davenport Branch, .....I do not appreciated it.

I have decided to change from FNB to another that will treat me with respect
