Treat Loyal clients like yesterday's *******.

Disappointed, I have been a loyal client for a few years now and that clearly has not been appreciated, i asked for my business account to be cancelled last year august already and it had been fully paid up without any arrears, out of the blue I'm being contacted by attorneys demanding immediate payment otherwise it will affect my ITC and so forth. instead of FNB contracting me themselves and explaining the situation i would have understood, i have a personal account that is fully operational and for years actually. is this how you treat your loyal clients? wow
