Travel insurance

So as a platinum card holder you are entitled to travel insurance.... Well this is not the case when you buy a one-way ticket although you are still an FNB client. For this reason, I will be closing my FNB account within a month. I have been with FNB for almost 10 years with not only a personal account but two business accounts. I have been paying every month to have the benefits of a platinum card but now I can't use it cause i have a one-way ticket. Although I might be out the country for more than a year why must I still pay my service fees every month but not get the benefits?Consider my account closed.
