Traumatized by fnb claims
I will never forget the traumatizing expirience I've had with Fnb after loosing my spouse in a tragic accident in February this year... Fnb has no policies or values when it comes to assisting the deceased. It's been 3 months being sent back and forth for my claim but till this day the amount has not been paid even though I've signed the agreement of loss and all that's now required is for the money to be processed to my account. If only my husband had not took up the policy then I'd never have been through all this...

Thank you for getting back to me regarding my claim. I honestly have to recommend how efficiently you have responded. Its been a terrible matter to even discuss but the 1st agent to contact me realised the importance of getting my complaint to the correct relevant department and every promise she made with empathy was met...
I would like to thank Bongi in the Loc claims complaint department who helped me understand so much about the process and procedures the dept has to follow in order for each claim to be paid successfully.... He listening s****s were on point as I never had to repeat myself while pushing her really hard trying to make her see how traumatized I feel after this experience.
Last but not least, I would like to thank Daphney mmota in the admin team and Chifuwa in the legal team I think.
I belive these 2 consultants were forever ampathetic and tried to assist by all means whenever I phoned. I remember blasting into tears once while speaking to Daphney and she kept saying she will send it to the relevant dept... Repeatedly saying "don't worry mam, I will help you". I guess it's also becouse it's been a really sad time loosing my husband while pregnant in a tragic accident... I hope fnb recognizes these two and also work with the other agents so they can easily assist other people who call for claims by giving the correct information and not put them through what I went through...
