Trashy Bank FNB!
Well, since calling and the online chat doesn't help. So FNB activated an overdraft/under funds ******* that allows funds to be used. Now every month I find myself having to pay for the negative balance. I visited FNB Trade Route mall where I asked Busisiwe to have the whatever cancelled. She said she logged a request but I still see finds being utilised. I want to understand this month why I have a -R500 when the account had R22 after a payment to MWeb was done. I'm really starting to HATE FNB and to think my salary comes into an account I don't trust. Since y'all respond to complaints ONLY I do expect a call to fix your mess

10 Feb 2026, 00:29Then I speak to Maria on the secure chat, requesting a downgrade. I ask that she send me a confirmation of the request she outright did not want to send and said she will end the chat and I must ask another advisor to do so. It gets worse everytime
