Trash security for your money

I get a pending debit from an unknown person or company and no one has any answers. I call the ***** department and they cancel my card and I have to be liable for charges of a new card. How I'm still allowing such disrespect from Fnb is beyond me honestly. Who is supposed to believe this Debickek nonsense now when unauthorized debits still happen
