I would like to put on record that i have recently come across information that proves that FNB insurance brokers are not treating all of their clients fairly. They are involved in this practice of declining insurance claims even if they cannot provide originally singed copies of customer agreements. They take advantage of clients who do not have the means to take their declines even to the insurance ombuds. poor old clients are treated with disrespect by this dishonest insurer who puts profits before TCF. There is even evidence of benefits being paid to incorrect beneficiaries because customer agreements do not exist. Managers are keen to let this slip as no one will ever follow this up. If it were possible one should request a whole review of FNB's declined claims in the previous 5 years. threaten them with media complaints and they are quick to resolve your matter because they know that they do not have customer agreements. Clients should not be punished for FNB's poor administration however this practice keeps continuing because no one is monitoring it. Clients no matter background or resources should be treated equally. how can i take this further with the information at hand,
