Transfers clearance to other banks

Please FNB must just tell the truth what happened to my money in their accounts. They always saying they still waiting for Capitec confirm my account.Someone sent money to my capitec Monday. Still waiting for clearance until today.

I will never use this bank.i thought I can go back to it but is the worst

Does that take more than 3 days? I'm honestly in need of this cash.
