transferring money from my savins

I had an account which I requested to be closed was never done when I went into the bank with the assurance it would be closed.Opened another account 2 months back due to ********** transactions which I have still received no feedback on with the assurance that account woukld be closed too and was never done.R800 has now been taken off my savings account which I never authorised and which is through the fault of your *********** staff who leaves accounts active.Close the damn accounts I requested closed.The account which had the ***** on it is now accumulating fees for unauthorised debits and then you people will take savings again.***
