Transferred money not reflecting after 5 days

What happened to money I transferred from Capitec on Monday? I transferred R900 after FNB confirmed that my account is open. 5 days later, money not reflecting and not refunded to my Capitec account. Private banker also ignoring my calls. Even sent anSMS and ignored. I have ran out if patience. Maybe I should close this account and use another bank. What’s the use of using private banking if you won’t get help when you need it?
