transferred from pilar to post and no one phones back

Good day on the 15th of may i received a call from ********** 001 and the persons name is Thapelo. i have received 2 sim cards and he proceeeded to say that he will phone me back on saturday 25 may to complete the package for the conexis x2 device. i have transferred the R500 into my savings pocket. now this morning when i want to complete the whole transaction i get transferred from pillar to post with excused that there is a system problem. i need this sorted TODAY as Thapelo said i will receive my device on wednesday 29 may. i will not hesitate to take this matter to hello peter. i have kept my part of the deal, now how about yours. Phone me back TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and I have the call recorded of 15 may 2019 at 11:55
