Transferred back and forth and then nothing?

I increased my credit card limit and selected the option without upgrade, just the increase. Your pathetic online system upgrades my whole account rendering my current card and account useless. Fine. I phone your callcentre to find about this and apparently i have no choice a new card will be delivered, old one is to be destroyed as that acc is now useless. So iasked her to check the shipping address which she said she can't do from her side. Hereby follows more than ten minutes of being transferred from one dept. to the next ending with someone picking up the phone where there is just plain nothing, no sound, no response, just nothing. If you fantastic people at that fantastically *********** bank find it convenient, can you please contact me about this so we can change that address BEFORE they ship since I will NOT cover any courier charges should you deliver at the wrong place.

MY ONLINE REF ***0
