Transferable

After applying and receiving approval for a limit increase on my credit card with nothing reflecting on my account, I requested another increase, again approved with nothing on my actual limit. After phoning and getting transfered from one agent to the next, I also app**** for a loan to see if the issue was related to their on line systems. Same thing, approval without action. So they phoned me and I tell them that o DONot want the loan, but ho hay, it's paid to my account anyway. So more phone calls to try to get that resolved (still not resolved)- so again I phone because 5 days later, I get a request for bank statements and payslips. I've been banking with fnb for far too long, but send the docs anyway, so I phone again to confirm of they've received the docs, only to be told that they can't see if they've received it. Low and behold, another transfer to speak to someone senior, after waiting for another 10 minutes on hold, the amount I'm paying for calls, no longer justifies waiting on line as I pay for a premier account, which supposedly gives access to my team of bankers, R199, plus airtime spent to figure out that they were supposed to send request for documents the first time I requested an increase, R500.00 for getting transferred. R700 in 5 days for a service that does not exist to a bank that doesn't even try. Please recruit new customers when you can't retain your current customers. Great business.

Awesome, another query logged. That would be the 4th one today making the total around 13 now if everyone that said they'll log the query has actually logged the queries.
