Transfer to closed account by mistake

I have tranfered money on a closed account.I phoned and i was promised that within 24 to 48 hours it will be reversed into my account.I phoned them on Friday the 21 August 2020.But till today i have not received the money.Please help the money was for the child's fees.She is not going to school because i did not pay.
