Transfer overdue ,

Good day i made a transfer from my fnb account to capitec and geuss whatt it stil did not reflect in the other account , but i was charge the immediate transfer fee , when i wanted to go onto the app it just said we busy with maintenance , by 6 am everything wil be restored and now we are at 20:11pm and no contact number is working and no funds is in the other account , extreamly poor **** service
