Transfer of funds pay and clear

I have made a pay and clear tranfere yesterday 13/1/2024 from fnb to discovery for an amount of R1684.00. funds was not clear and i went to the fnb branch. consultant i think ?markus was his name was very rude and not helpfull at. He advised that the fund is clear on there side it is Discovery that did not clear the funds. I called Discovery and they esculates the query and advised that FNB did not sent the funds foe them to clear it. It is now day 2 funds not cleared and it is stil fnb says its discovery and discovery says its fnb. not i have funds that i urgently neede lying between them that i can not use. how pathetic this is and the best of all i paid the pay and clear funds but still nothing
