Transactions with out my approval

I logged on to the banking app today and selected no for a fixed deposit account pop up, an hour later there was a transaction from my cheque account to the new fixed deposit account which had been set up with out m uh approval nor was the transaction. When I called fnb after being cut off by 2 agents, I was told they can not assist and the investment department closes at 4 on a week day.
