Transactions takes too long.

Money was sent from a Capitec account to my FNB business account on Wednesday 08/04/2020 Capitec confirms that the transaction was successful on 09/04/2020. Today is Wednesday 15/04/2020 and the money is still not in my account. I fail to understand how a transaction can take so long.
