******* transactions on account and no help from FNB

There have been deductions of R8.00 sometimes twice a day for a period every single month for the past year. The transaction details are: DECLINED FOREIGN T 457896*7195. I lose over R60-R120 per month on this. I have been to FNB and they tell me it's a subscription, however I have no subscriptions on any of my accounts and even when changing my bank account the deductions continued. I have seen various other posts regarding this on Hello Peter as well as Facebook and other platforms, and no response. If I could change to another bank I would do so. This is their idea of "service" definitely NOT "how can we help you"!!! NOT
