TRANSACTIONS ON A CANCELLED SECONDARY CREDIT CARD

I cancelled a secondary credit card in April 2015, this card was then used and transacted on during September 2015. A cancelled credit card which is very active and I am responsible for the pmt of this unauthorised transcations is completely unacceptable., I have been sent from credit cards, to ***** department to empty promises of we will get back to you. FNB, how can we help you. they do not help!!!
