Transactions not reflecting

Good day,

I've made 4 payments (over a couple of days) to a beneficiary, but only 2 shows in "view history" when clicking on the beneficiary.

All 4 payments shows on my bank statement and the beneficiary confirms that all 4 payments have been received.

Note: All 4 payments were made via the mobile app and not on the banking website.

It is not visible on my mobile app, and the website (chrome & Edge).

Kindly assist.
