Transactions in cancelled Card

So after I was told that my card was cancelled.and the declined fees of R8.50 was reversed on 24 September 2020, more card transactions was done on the card that was suppose to be cancelled and more declined fees was deducted on 25 September 2020.

I even got the following confirmation saying the card was cancelled:

Please be advised that we will have R8.50 declined fees reversed as a gesture of goodwill.

We also note that the R7651.96 transaction was unsuccessful and the card was subsequently cancelled, to avoid more attempts from the same merchant.

May we suggest that you visit your nearest branch to get a card replacement.
