***** transactions

Someone used my card details to make a Hotel booking on Booking.com at 4 am without me having approved the transaction. I’m surprised as to how the transaction went through without me approving it. I had to stop my salary at work because I am now scared that another unauthorised transaction will go through. I would not recommend FNB to anyone. I’ve also had a problem of missing funds in my account and I’ve enquired about it and no one got back to me. I’ve been an FNB client since my father opened a savings account for me. I’ve never been so disappointed and let down like this before
