Transaction was made from my FNB account to the unknown standard bank account without my knowledge

On the 05/04/24 the was a transaction that was made from my FNB account by unknown standard bank account without my knowledge or permission, I didn't get SMS or notification that shows that my money was taken out I saw it when i went to my FNB app that my money was taken away in a form of transaction.

I went to the nearest Bank FNB in Tzaneen crossing that's where I report it they said it's a ***** case I should open a case at police station I went to open the case come back to the bank they said it's gonna take 7 to 30 days i'm still waiting but there's nothing happening.
