Transaction refund

My dispute for transaction that I didn't make for R234.99 hasn't been resolved, the good is they canceled the card and I have to pay R150 to get a new one. No one has contacted me for progress or anything but when I chat to consultants through FNB mobile app, I was told that they're still investigating
