***** transaction on my business account

i had *****ulent transaction on my business account and upon reporting it i was told that turnaround time is 30 days. i made a follow up last week Friday and was told that a refund has been processed yet i have not received the funds back. This has been an inconvenience as i had to borrow money with interest to cover up the funds that were ****** from me. i have received no communication whatsoever from fnb and when i do call i am told the funds were returned yet i did not receive them. May i get assistance as i need the funds very urgently.
