Transaction not permitted from MY account!

I can not even begin to share my pain and dissatisfied with FNB! After banking with you for YEARS, using your bank to run my business and receive my salary, how do you just stop my account from working? I last made a ewallet on Wednesday, on Saturday when I had to buy airtime and electricity I'm told'the transaction is not permitted from this account! FNB do better, communicate before doing this. My salary will be paid in today! On an account not working??? I can't reverse it because this is a withdrawal from Paypal already!!!! Release my money and let me close my account with you once!!!!
