Transaction not permitted - FNB

I accidentally transfered a big amount of money to my credit account in stead of my savings account. I keep getting an error "this transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts" when I try to transfer money back from my credit card to my savings. I called fnb and I was transferred back and forth with no one knowing how to fix the error. Eventually the 4th consultant I spoke to gave me an email address to mail, but its been weeks with no response. One of the consultants mentioned that I should get a new credit card - which I then did and I still cannot access my money. This is really unacceptable! I don't know what to do anymore.
