Transaction failed

I am very much disappointed with FNB bad service . On 01 April 2026 00:31 i made a payment of R5800 from my Fnb account to my capitec account it was a RealTimepayment. And the money was deducted from my fnb account but it never went through to capitec. The status says transactions failed. Until today i don't know where my money is because it didn't reverse.

I tried to contact their call center but they only tell me the issue is with Payshap. FNB appointed Payshap to manage their payments not me.

How can trust FNB further with my money.

This is frustrating
