Transaction Duplication

I paid for a goods @ a shop on the 28th of May with my cheque card but the transaction declined and i swiped again and it went through but later realised that both transaction were actually debited agaisnt my account. I then phoned FNB was sent a form to fill and i returned it on the 30th of May and was told to wait for 10 days which i did. After 10 days i phoned and spoke to a Sandile who said the matter will be escalated and after 48 hous i should have my money. What followed after that has been terrible servise from the dispute department as when i call and give them the reference number they refer me to the same Sandile who keep asking me to send the same information and when i demanded to speak to the supervisor or manager he put me on hold for 10 munites unti i ran out of airtime. I dont even think FNB is taking this matter seriously as not even one soul has bothered to contact me and update me of the progress. The reference numbers are RJ ********** 0095 and ********** 4_ ********** 96

I am not prepared to wait for another ten days or even 48 hous as the querry is older than 30 days. That department thinks maybe this is a joke and its not as i am even prepared to close all my account with FNB and move to somewhere where they will appreciate my business.
