Transaction Dispute

Have been disputing the same transaction for 3 momths now and still no sense of understanding from their side. I keep on explaining that i can't communicate with merchant in any way as they have no way of contacting them. But they are to lazy and keep sending the sam old dispute form so that i can just send it again after i have sent it 4 times already
