Transaction despute

I have been struggling with transaction dispute and FBN is not helping. Iam starting to feel that FNB does not value the customers. I even went to a branch and i was told that a consultant was gonna calll me to verify unknown transaction. Money has been deducted 3 times from my account now and it seems the transaction is taking place in USA mind you i have never been to USA before. *** is this how you treat your customers.

I have been calling FBN customer care line since 8 this morning and my calls are being cut off. ***, ***
