Transaction declined while there is money

I received an SMS saying money I transferred from Capitec 10 days ago was transferred to my FNB account. Knowing that there is money in my account, I tried to use the card to buy something less than R150. Card declined. Checked my balance on the app. Money us there but unusable. They even charged me R8.50 for declining a transaction based on false information provided via SMS. When will money I transferred 10 days ago going to clear? Please also reverse the card declined fee you charged. I regret decision for opening this account. Horrible experience from day 1.
