Trans Union without signing Contract

I app**** for a home loan switch. Then when I advised the attorneys I will not go further with the loan as I cannot pay the cancellation fees from my current home loan provider, I see I have already been added to Trans union to say I am paying an extra home loan. I need a cancellation letter asap & to be removed from trans Union as soon as possible,
