Train your staff!!!
Worst bank ever. Not even been with you a month and everything is a stuff up from word go! Conflicting advice given all the time and consultants are rude. I have spent more money on petrol and airtime with you guys than what I would probably earn on rewards. TCF.... YOU DONT KNOW SUCH. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!
