Tragic service from FNB

OMW your service really has become tragic. Once regarded as the best in the country and now rated 2 in HelloPeter just a matter of time before you become number 3!!!

Firstly you send me a KYC letter asking me to fill in the form (21 pages of questions without one single piece of information (which you have on file) filled in. I fill it in and send twice and then get a letter saying you are about to shut my account down so please call. I am now on my 4th attempt ( on hold to your tragic music for 35 minutes plus) as my first threee calls were picked up and just not answered. Oh by the way you have a LOT of customers with LOTS of questions so please do not tell us you are experiencing high call volumes HIRE more people.
