Traffic Fines payment

Using FNBs online banking I had made a payment for outstanding traffic fines, this was done on the 22/09/2014.
When i checked on the 2/04/2015 if I have any outstanding fines, these fines that I had paid were still shown as not being paid.
I phoned FNB to ask why was my payment not allocated, spoke to three different consultants and was told that my query would be resolved, i was told to submit screenshots and proof of payment which i did, however to date no response has been received. Eventually i used the PAYCITY website and paid these fines again. I will never again trust fnb for payment of fines. I had asked FNB to refund the money i had initially paid. again no response.
Really disappointed in FNB.
