Tracker and FNB keeping us in debt

I have cancelled my contract and they still debit me three months. I keep telling them that my service is cancelled but they keep debiting me. FNB is not helping me to reverse this transaction their App has made it difficult to do banking. Please help when we need debit order reversals.
