Tow Truck ****

My husband blew a tire and realized the spare had been ******. We call FNB Roadside Assist and they offer to tow the vehicle. After the tow truck driver arrives to pick up the vehicle some woman from the tow truck company calls demanding that we pay for the driver to return to Pretoria which will cost R500! Then they offer to "store" the vehicle in their lot which is close to the pick up point. Like we would be so stupid!!!!!!! My issue is why didn't FNB declare this arrangement with the tow truck company and WHY did the tow truck company wait till they have picked up the vehicle to demand this R500 fee???????????? This is how people are ****med!!!!!!!!!!!
