Totally useless when it comes to paypal

I recently opened an online account for paypal. The linking of my paypal account with the fnb online account was fine and swift. Now I'm stuck on verification of my non SA bank account which has been pending verification for over two weeks. I emailed them about this over a week ago and still haven't received a reply.
