Totally unsatisfied

I have had the worst experience with a consultant on your chat. Its messed up enough that a loan I have paid off is still showing on the bureau. Why it was not closed baffles me. This morning in a state of confusion I had a chat with a gentleman named Thembelani who abruptly ended the chat before I could even respond to what he was requesting me to provide. That shows that he really was not interested in assisting me at all. I am really disappointed given the circumstances that FNB already did not do what they rightfully should have done to clear my name.
