Totally unprofessional and *********** ***** department
Its been 3 years now, since I lodged a ***** notice to FNB. where someone took a loan out on my name. My question is, How poor must your ID verification be that you can grant a loan to anyone on the street without verifying their identity?. I am an SAFPS member. ***** was attempted on my Capitec account and notified immediately. it ook a total 14 days to resolve. I have till now not received any feedback regarding this issue from FNB. Shame on you FNB.
