totally ***********!!!

On the 25 th of Oct 2016 I went into the FNB Branch to get the Unlimited package offering. The sales consultant assured me that the simcard, porting and unlimited package will all be in place the next day. After countless promises, visiting the branch daily and being on hold for 20min at a time no one could sort out the problem. By the

30th of Oct and sitting without a phone I requested the FNB Connect be cancelled Immediately. After the cancellation I started receiving sms's that the unlimited package was activated and he debit went off on the 31st. It is now the 3rd of Nov and the cancellation has not been done, I have still not received my refund and FNB connect has put a 60 day lock on my number and refuses to release the number to my new network. Andrew Pandaro Sales Team leader of FNB Connect is of the opinion that I should then switch between the fnb connect simcard and my new service provider simcard for the 60 days and it takes an hour on the phone to get feedback or for him to take the phone call. I HAVE NEVER come across a company that has such poor dispute resolution!! There is no process to track or escalate the problem or speak to someone that could solve the problem. Everything goes through the call centre and FNB is a company that supposedly values customer service??
