Totally dissatisfied with FNB

It is now exactly 28 days 21 working days still no resolution or feedback regarding my ***** case... what FNB is good at is giving meaningless calls asking one thing over and over again, I was promised feedback till today I haven't heard anything from anyone from Fnb I'm annoyed by the service I'm getting it is really Pathetic!!! Hellopeter isn't helping as well...
